Fasteners and Fixings

We are able to offer a very quick service and very competitive pricing on our range of standard and non-standard bolts and nuts (in Metric and Imperial) and washers.

Our range of fasteners is always growing, we are adding more daily. If you would like items not listed please call our sales team or send an email and we will get a price over to you. We have tool and workshop consumables sections on the shop for any other items you may need.

As a method of contact we prefer EMAIL / CONTACT FORM. We have a very active, driven team shared between the stores, packing and our excellent workshop, but not one large enough to have a member constantly with the phones. Emails, for us are actually more accessible due to the amount of devices in the building picking them up. Please take the time to read through the FAQ section and if your question is not answered please drop us a contact form submission / email. If you put your telephone number in the message then should we need to call you to answer your query, we will.

All emails will be answered within 24 hours, most immediately. Should you not receive a reply please assume and we did not receive the email.

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We use a selection of courier services to ensure the safest, smoothest and best value service for your location. To see the shipping  charges for the items you wish to purchase, add the items you wish to purchase and then head over to the shopping cart. At the bottom of this page you will see a shipping calculator, enter your country and postcode here and the shipping will be calculated for you. No sign up required.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
We accept payment in a variety of ways. You can pay using your paypal account, or pay securely through the paypal website using your credit or debit card (paypal account not needed) If you prefer you can place your order online and then phone through to our customer service team who will happily take your payment over the telephone or answer any question about your order for you. How long will delivery take?
We send our products all over the world and have managed to secure great rates and services for most locations, as a rule, all order will be despatched within 48 hours, usually on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. The service you choose and your location will then dictate the arrival date of your goods.
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once you have placed your order and completed the payment (either through the secure checkout online or over the telephone with our staff) your order then goes into the queue to be processed. As a rule this process will happen on the same day for most items but some items require assembly or are special order items that take a little longer. This is stated at the time of purchase. Once your item is processed by the team it will be picked, packed and shipped ready to be delivered to your chosen address. 
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
You will receive an invoice for your order via email when the order has been processed. You will also receive a hard copy inside your parcel.
